The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety is developed by food industry experts from retailers, manufacturers and food service organisations to ensure it is rigorous and detailed, yet easy to understand. What’s Cooking? has achieved the highest grade possible to the standard, opting for the unannounced audit.
As a group, What’s Cooking? is focused on prioritising sustainability and reducing any negative environmental impact. The ISO14001 accreditation represents a family of standards by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) related to environmental management that exists to help organisations minimize how their operations negatively affect the environment, so we are hugely proud to have been recognised in this way. What’s Cooking? are committed to using only sustainably sourced palm oil and we are working towards the removal of Palm oil from the business where possible. We are certified to the RSPO standard and are committed to work with the RSPO and their plan to transform markets to make sustainable palm oil the norm.

The Marine Stewardship Council is an international non-profit organisation who recognise and reward efforts to protect oceans and safeguard seafood supplies for the future. What’s Cooking? is certified and has the procedures in place to maintain the Chain of Custody as required.
